I am often asked by parents and teachers if AD/HD is real.  It is most definitely a real neurobiological condition that interferes with an individual’s executive functioning skills.  The more we recognize and understand what these skills are and how to teach them, the more we are able to help people with AD/HD be the people they truly are.  Within the safety of a good coaching relationship people are able to learn such skills.
